Dealing with a commercial property loss in San Antonio or the Hill Country is different from a residential claim. A major property loss can be catastrophic for a business if the repairs aren't handled correctly. You have tenants, employees, and operations to worry about. Most commercial owners struggle to find a contractor who understands the complexities of an insurance scope of work. We provide commercial restoration services for these large-scale claims. We have handled insurance claims day to day since 1987, so we understand how to manage the permits, coordinate with insurance carriers to make sure the scope of work covers everything needed and manage the trades so the repairs are handled professionally. Contact us today so you can stay focused on running your business while we handle getting your property back or better than the state it was in before the loss.
Occasional severe weather is unfortunately a part of doing business in Texas. After a severe storm with hail or high winds, it isn't always obvious what's been affected, especially on the roof and exterior systems. Vintage Reconstruction specializes in evaluating commercial hail and wind damage and helping property owners understand what may need fixed after a storm, including hail damage roof repair, wind damage roof repair, and other storm damage roof repair services. Commercial claims often involve the same types of damage as residential, but on a larger scale, sometimes across multiple buildings or shared areas, so the scope of work can be significant. We restore the "envelope" of the structure(s), including roofing systems, roof coatings, gutters and drainage, siding and trim, windows, exterior painting, carports, tenant patio structures, and related exterior repairs such as parking lot damage. If your commercial property has been hit by a hail or wind storm, reach out today and we'll help you take the next step.
A fire at a commercial property doesn't just damage the building, it can interrupt tenants, operations, and day-to-day business. Whether the loss started from an electrical short, a lightning strike, a grease fire, a gas leak, a heater fire, or another catastrophic event, Vintage Reconstruction is ready to help. We handle fire damage repair and smoke damage repair, including structural restoration, smoke and soot-related repairs, and secondary damage caused by firefighting efforts like water intrusion or broken windows. If your commercial property has experienced fire or smoke damage, and you'd like a contractor to help you through the process and rebuild the right way, give us a call today.
Commercial water losses are often bigger than they first appear. A freeze can cause pipes to burst or a plumbing failure can impact multiple areas of a building. On top of that, severe storms and hurricanes can lead to flooding or water intrusion that affects suites, tenant spaces, and shared areas. Vintage Reconstruction provides water damage repair for commercial properties, including large-scale plumbing failures, slab-related leaks, sinks, faucets, toilets, and supply line leaks, as well as repairs tied to storm-related flooding. If water intrusion is connected to roofing issues or improper roof installation that allowed water into the property, our team can address the resulting damage and restoration work. If your water damage is tied to an insurance claim, we can help support the approval process and get repairs completed in a timely manner.
When a vehicle crashes into your property or vandalism causes serious damage, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, especially when the damage affects your business's safety, security, or structure. You need a contractor who can move quickly and repair it correctly. Vintage Reconstruction handles repairs and property damage restoration after motor vehicle impact and vandalism, from assessing the damage to completing the rebuild work needed to make your property safe and functional again. If this is an insurance claim, we can help support the approval process and provide the information needed to move the repairs forward. If you've experienced vehicle impact or vandalism damage, reach out today.
The steps to get your business back to normal
Claim & Agreement
You submit a claim. We work with your insurance carrier to finalize the repair list and ensure the scope of work is accurate and fair.
Planning & Materials
After you select your materials and the initial payment is received, we set the project timelines and order all necessary supplies
Construction & Coordination
We manage the trades and provide regular updates. Once work is finished, we do a final walkthrough and sign a Certificate of Satisfaction.
Final Documentation & Closeout
We submit the final invoice and photos to the carrier to release the remaining funds, letting you get back to normal business operations.
Communication is handled through a dedicated text thread or email, depending on your preference. Your assigned superintendent will provide regular progress updates and photos.
We provide a full warranty on all repairs once the project is finished, the final invoice is paid, and a Certificate of Satisfaction is signed.
Yes. We carry full General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance to protect your property and our crews throughout the reconstruction.
We use Xactimate and Symbility, the same estimating programs used by most insurance carriers. This ensures our pricing stays consistent with current industry standards.
Our superintendents handle the entire permitting process, including filing paperwork and coordinating all required city inspections.
If we find unforeseen damage mid-job, we discuss those items directly with your insurance carrier. For any elective upgrades you request, we provide a clear price estimate for your approval before that work begins.
We typically use two types. Contingency Contract: This contract allows us to work directly with your insurance carrier to agree on the scope and repairs. Total dollar Amount Contract: This is used if the claim is already settled and the final cost is established.
You are responsible for your policy deductible, any unrecoverable depreciation, and the cost of any elective change orders or upgrades not covered by your insurance policy.
We assign a dedicated superintendent to every job. They coordinate all trades, manage the timeline, and serve as your single point of contact for the duration of the repairs.
