Oilman Ralph Fair ran cattle and racehorses on the land from the 1930s, and after the late 1960s his family began selling it off in five- to twelve-acre pieces. The golf and country club opened in 1978, built onto the original Fair home, and the community incorporated as a city in 1988. Today it spreads across three counties, Bexar, Comal, and Kendall, and is home to around 10,000 people.

Depending on the size of the project, we can pack up your belongings and store them in a secure container on-site or move them to an off-site facility until the work is finished. We also handle the unpacking once the remodel is complete.
When the main work is finished, we do a final walkthrough with you. We'll identify any small touch-ups or details that need attention. We don't consider the job done until those items are completed.
